Full Arch Removable

I recently completed a removable upper on 6 implants. The case was designed using NobelGuide to position and place the implants and then the bar was designed with 3 locators in NobelProcera software. This has been the easiest and most accurate case I have done. The absence of casting and joining components, and being able to alter the bar design in real time, made me realise that nothing can compare to this way of doing a case like this. I will not do these types of cases any other way.

Convenience of Cad Cam

Many patients would like knowing of the flexibility of being able to remove the crown without having a hole for direct screw access in the occlusion. Designing via cad cam will allow the cross screw to be placed in a favourable position according to the diagnostic wax up. Conventional techniques make this very difficult.
